The Deco-Mod is a complete printing and converting module that attaches to your press. The base frame houses an independent servo driven flexo unit, unwind/rewind laminating nip roller, adjustable stripping roller and UV lamp. To ensure consistent results, the primary web is stabilized at the laminating nip roller, foil applied, cured through and removed in less than 12". The Deco-Mod is designed and manufactured to improve the cold foil process and ensure the end product is consistently production worthy. In addition, Telstar also offers a retrofit for your existing print stations. Telstar creates a web path suitable for cold foil applicatoins by using the appropriate unwind/rewind and nip roller applications.
