Telstar can complete the design, develop a bill of material, fabricate, assemble, and test the machine. On several occasions the customer's staff has worked beside our machinery builders to complete and perfect the machine's capabilities. |

Custom UV Rotary Letterpress |

Telstar designs and manufactures custom printing machinery utilizing UV rotary screen, UV and conventioal flexo, and UV rotary letterpress...all common printing methods or combinations thereof. This custom UV rotary letterpress prints one color on the front and one color on the back of one mil polyester while holder plus/minus 0.003" register tolerance. The machine has three distinct tension zones with the print zone holding less than one PLI. UV curing takes place against driven chill drums. Other features include dual spindle unwind, splice table, web cleaner, auto register, and dual spindle rewind. |
