Enjoy Complete Flexibility with Telstar Screen Prepress Equipment
With Telstar's system of rotary screen printing, you have greater choices. Our screen units are capable of running all types of rigidized woven mesh as well as the non-woven materials. You are never locked into one supplier. Our prepress equipment is offered as an option to further reduce the screen material cost. The prepress equipment is not absolutely necessary when first entering the screen label market. You can purchase screens that are exposed, washed-out and finished into cylinders - with no further prepress equipment. You simply glue the screen to ring, attach gears, and you are ready for business.
The prepress equipment can be justified as your screen business grows. Making screens in-house will provide savings of up to 30% per screen |

The Only Retrofit Screen Unit That Converts to a Flexo Unit
Because most screen units are used about 20% to 40% of the time, most printers could utilize an extra UV Flexo station , Telstar developed the first retrofit screen unit that's also a flexo unit or visa-versa. The servo-driven base frame becomes common for a screen head as well as a flexo head and interchanges without tools in minutes. |
